Mercedes used to tease us with shots of the new AMG GT driving around in the new Playstation game Driveclub, which they heavily support, long before they reveal the actual car. Now they have dropped a full-length trailer showing the gameplay for  the Mercedes AMG GT. 

The teaser shows the AMG sports car among a range of other Mercedes models, cruising around Driveclub’s beautifully-designed circuits and sceneries. Looks like a lot of fun:

What we like most about Driveclub, apart from the promised excellent physics and dynamics and awesome driving feel, is the fact that you get a cockpit view. It doesn’t sound like it, but having that steering wheel in front of you makes the whole thing feel a lot more real… or less like fake! There is so much a video game, no matter how well-designed it might be, can deliver in terms of delivering the feel of driving a car. But in the case of Mercedes AMG GT, even if the dynamics are rubbish, at least you will get to listen to the magnificent soundtrack of its 4.0 liter bi-turbo V8 engine.

Driveclub will be available only on Playstation 4. It is an answer to Xbox’s Forza Motorsport.
