Aston Martin DB10 Shooting Brake 600x300 at Rendering: Aston Martin DB10 Shooting Brake

This past few days the news and social media have been awash with news of James Bond’s new ride, the Aston Martin DB10. It is a restyled V8 Vantage and based on what we’re hearing it does not preview the DB9 replacement. But it’s sexy enough to make a good Bond car for the next film, called SPECTRE.

Now, independent designer Theophilus Chin, who likes to mess with car pictures and turn them into weird but often amazing creations, decided the DB10 is not practical enough. What if James Bond needs to move some stuff? He is going to need a more practical car. And so he’s come up with this, the Aston Martin DB10 Shooting Brake with enough for in the back for a week’s worth of groceries… or two dead bodies!

Of course, this being an Aston even the wagon version looks pretty amazing. The idea of Aston Martin DB10 Shooting Brake (or SB 10 as Chin calls it) actually makes a lot of sense, since these days Shooting Brake body style is hugely popular and every car maker is giving it a try. It was Mercedes-Benz who brought back this style with the CLS SB, bit now everybody’s doing it.
