For the latest James Bond movie, called SPECTRE, the producers stepped up their game and instead of just going for an existing model, they commissioned a one-off. The Aston Martin DB10 was designed exclusively for the film based on the existing V12 Vantage.

The video below shows no less than three Aston Martin DB10 on the set of SPECTRE. No doubt some of these cars will be destroyed during the filming of the movie:

Not a lot of people are going to mind the DB10 getting wrecked, because there is a lot controversy about the way it looks. The critics wouldn’t mind the design so much if it were a production model because then they could just ignore it. But this car is a movie star and it should have looked a lot cooler than thais. The front-end is especially appalling, which is probably due to the fact that Aston Martin DB10 was designed on a shoestring and in a bit of a hurry.

As mentioned, the DB10 is based on the Vantage and features the same exact mechanical features as the production car.
