Beverly Hills’ one and only dark blue Gemballa Mirage GT has been the center of attention since the say it was spotted cruising the hills for the first time. The magnificent tuned hyper car is now outfitted with a sexy set of HRE P104 wheels in Satin Black, so they went out of the town in search of a good spot for a photoshoot to mark the occasion.
They found the perfect spot in the Canyon territory where the sunset and the rolling hills provide the nicest backdrop for accentuating the beauty of the Gemballa Mirage GT. OK, so it’s not the prettiest car in the world, but boy is it special!
Gemballa Mirage GT is special because it starts out as a Porsche Carrera GT, itself a limited edition super exotic commanding a million dollar price tag. Then Gemballa set about face-lifting the car wit all-new bumpers and body panels, as well as unique aero parts, interior, and of course an engine treatment. The race-bred V10 engine of the Carrera GT is tuned in the Mirage to 670-hp, which is 50 horsepower more than the standard. That doesn’t sound like much, but extracting that much from a delicate and sensitive engine like the CGT’s is an impressive feat nonetheless.
