DMC McLaren 12C Velocita Special Edition

Velocita Special Edition 0 600x371 at DMC McLaren 12C Velocita Special Edition

McLaren 12C was, if we’re not mistaken, the first non-Italian sports car DMC launched a package with. Over the years they have built a few more of this DMC McLaren 12C Velocita, as it’s known, and each time they added a few more goodies to it. This is the latest, the Special Edition GT.

What sets this model apart from the previous DMC McLaren 12C Velocita kits is a revised front bumper with a new spoiler lip and grill fascia, aggressive F1 canards (part of the GT package), new side skirts, rear diffuser with revised tunnel set-up and a new lightweight rear spoiler.

That rear wing is the biggest highlight of the Special Edition GT which together with a carbon fiber roof scoop not only create a fantastic appearance, it also enhances the aerodynamics significantly. That is just as well, since DMC have also upgraded the power output of the 12C’s 3.8 liter V8 from 592 to 660 horsepower.

Last but not least, DMC McLaren 12C Velocita Special Edition GT gets a bespoke interior package consisting of all sorts of exotic materials – Carbon, Wood, Leather and Alcantara. A set of gold ADV1 wheels wrap up the work on this black 12C.
