BMW dropped the first official teaser for the new 2016 BMW 7 Series which will be revealed in full in about a week (June 10th) in Germany. We’ve been seeing prototypes of the new 7er out and about, testing under the cover of camouflage for quite a while. Looks like the car’s going to be worth the wait.
The teaser video reveals a good deal about the 2016 BMW 7 Series, including the shape of its brand-new head and taillights, the fact that it boasts Laser Headlight technology, and that it features, in 750 Li variant at least, a carbon core, whatever that is.
As with the previous generations, the new BMW 7 Series is going to be chockfull of up to the minute technology features. Apart from the ones mentioned above the car is getting a sophisticated air suspension system with separate controls for each of the axles, the latest generation of the iDrive system with innovative new features, advanced park assist system, and the latest version of BMW twin-power turbo engines.
