Koenigsegg One:1 Sets a New 0-300-0 Record

Koenigsegg did tell us when they launched the new Agera One:1 is going to shatter all the previous records and most of our beliefs in the laws of physics. But then they set about producing the six customer cars and everybody kind of forgot about testing those claims. But now the Swedes themselves have put the Koenigsegg One:1 to the test with astonishing results.

The record Koenigsegg One:1 broke in this attempt was the 0-300-0 km/h belonging previously to the Agera R. The One:1 was able to complete the run in a mind-boggling 17.95 seconds which is significantly quicker than the R’s 21.29 seconds. Of that 18 seconds 11.92 was used to take the mighty Koenig from 0 to 300 km/h and 6.03 seconds to take it back to zero. It must have put a lot of pressure on every joint and muscle in the body of Koenigsegg factory test driver Robert Serwanski.
