As you know, each year at the during the Monterey Car Week at Pebble Beach BMW turns up with one or two exclusive new concepts. BMW’s Pebble Beach concepts aren’t aways brilliant, but they are seldom boring either. So we’re excited to see what they have in store this year.
BMW announced they are bringing along two Pebble Beach concepts this year, marking the 40th anniversary of BMW of North America. One of them is evidently a futuristic sports car, judging by the teaser picture which shows a cool steering wheel.
The world premier of the concept cars will take place during its annual press conference at the BMW Villa in Pebble Beach on August 13. The public will get its first look at these cars later that weekend at The Quail, A Motorsport Gathering, Legends of the Autobahn Concours d’Elegance, Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
BMW’s Pebble Beach concepts are often show cars that get forgotten after the show, but every once in while they unveil a concept with so much potential that it gets produced as a limited edition or at least spawn an offspring similar in character. 2015 Pebble Beach just got a lot more awesome!
