Rolls-Royce is literally releasing a new one-off model every week now, which is a good thing, because ultimately it’s a sign the world economy is in good shape. Also, it’s not that hard for RR to make these bad boys since they differ only in paint job and interior trim. The latest one-off Roller is the Rolls-Royce Phantom Nautica inspired by classic yachts.
Trying to reflect the “fresh colors of the ocean,” Rolls-Royce Phantom Nautica features a two-tone Orchid White and Arabian Blue paint work. Guess that tells you where this car is headed. Complementing the unique colors is an Arabian Blue coachline with an anchor motif which looks pretty cool.
The exterior color is contrasted, as befits a classic yacht, with a brown interior featuring Forest Fall leather upholstery with Navy Blue piping, Tudor Oak veneer and Boxwood inlays. The dials are white though, which is a nice touch. Reflecting the anchor motif on the exterior, the passenger panel features a classic anchor motif which is inlayed into the marquetry and looks really exquisite.
But by far the best feature of Rolls-Royce Phantom Nautica is a bespoke compass hidden in the drawer of the dashboard. It’s like an old ship, this car. We can’t help but hear Sting’s The Last Ship when we look at it!
