The new Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet is not the kind of car a petrolhead would look at and go wow. It’s a very fine and exquisite thing, but it is not what you call sporty. On the occasion of the S-Cabrio’s debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show we are not going to have a closer look at the Mercedes-AMG S63 Cabriolet in all its 585 horsepower and 900 Nm glory. What this model offers you is all the open-topness of the S-Cabrio, all the luxury of the S500, and all the performance of that 5.5 liter AMG bi-turbo V8 engine. Hard to believe this bulky road yacht can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.
