They don’t call Alain Class Motors the world’s best showroom for nothing. These guys are not just about the latest super cars. They also have a passion for classic cars, as shown with the new addition to their magnificent collection, a 1979 Lamborghini Countach.

Preserved in excellent condition, the unique Lamborghini Countach residing at Alain Class is finished in purple and features a blue interior, both of which looking almost brand-new. This combination makes this Countach an extremely rare version of extremely rare classic super car. Another thing this car has going for it is the mileage, which is only 38,700 km.

As for the technical details, the 1979 Lamborghini Countach is powered by a 4.0 liter DOHC V12 engine with six Weber horizontal two-barrel carburetors, developing 375 horsepower. These engines are prone to catch fire if you push them, but that is beside the point since no Countach owner actually drives the car. They just ogle it from time to time.

The car also features a five-speed manual transmission, sophisticated – for its time – suspension with A-arm up front and multi-link setup out back, and four wheel brake discs. And yes, everything is original and in tip-top shape.
