High-profile British tuner VIP Design London has come up with an upgrade package for the F-Type Jag which they “believe” is the most potent in the world. Seeing as their car, dubbed Jaguar F-Type Project Predator, packs 650 horsepower, it most likely is.
Right now we know of no other tuning kit for the F-Type that could produce that kind of horsepower. Then again, not many tuners have got their hands on the SVR model which comes out of the factory packing 550 hp. So there will be more powerful F-Types in the future, but right now Jaguar F-Type Project Predator has the biggest sausage.
VIP Design London has achieved the 650 hp output by modifying the F-Type’s V8 engine’s software and mechanical components. They seem to have gotten a bit carried away though, because they say the standard car’s exhaust noise “was not deep enough” and they have built one that it is! Can you believe that, not deep enough? How loud is their thing then?
Jaguar F-Type Project Predator upgrade kit is offered as a package costing £12,600, and besides the power upgrade it also include a carbon bonnet, front and rear carbon fibre splitter, rear diffuser and aluminium wheels in 24 designs and 28 colors.
