A video of a mad Russian BMW M4 owner has gone viral on the internet and for good reason. The purpose of the video seems to be to promote the tuner who has upgraded this Austin Yellow M4 to 500 hp, but the manner in which the guy does that is so controversial, people are wondering how it was even possible to make the video in the first place.

The makers of this frankly insane, but admittedly awesome, video claim they had the permission of the Moscow Police to drift and spin on public roads and through rush hour traffic, and it must be through because the cops just stand there and watch. But still, one cannot get over the fact this guy is going sideways on public streets full of pedestrians and other road users. I mean, how drunk was the Police chief when he signed off on this?!
