RR Auction is offering a rather special 1996 Hummer H1 for sale, personalized by famous rapper Tupac Shakur. This car was customized and delivered to Pac by American Motors only a month before he was gunned down in Las Vegas.
This H1 does actually come with a copy of the original registration listing Tupac as the owner and also a copy of the affidavit for transfer, naming his mother as the owner after the rapper’s death. And if that’s not enough to convince you of the credentials, the vehicle also comes with the original ‘YAKNPAK’ personalized number plates!
As for the special features fitted to Tupac’s Hummer H1, the converted military vehicle is fitted with a 6.5 liter, turbo diesel V-8 engine with automatic transmission (just over 10K miles on the clock), 8? Dick Cepek off-road lights, a 360-degree spotlight, a grille guard, diamond-plate bumpers, GC Package oversized off-road wheels and tires, and an external PA system with three sirens, leather upholstery, Clarion audio system, air conditioning, rear sliding glass window, privacy glass, and a 12,000 pound winch.
The car is currently owned by a Canadian who expects to get at least a hundred thousands dollars for it. To sweeten the deal he’s throwing in promotional cassettes for Michael Jackson’s Thriller and 2Pac’s All Eyez on Me.
