Seeing a two-door Mercedes C-Class in Monte Carlo is not an impressive feat. But it’s a different story when the C-Class in question is a rare and extremely cool Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe Edition 507. The car was snapped doing some smoky burnouts in the Principality.
Now, this is not something Monaco police would approve of, but at the least the guy running the Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe Edition 507 could argue when all those tourists are allowed to do this kind of stuff all over the place, he as a Monegasque – on the strength of his number plates – should be allowed to indulge himself. Thing is, the C63 is also quite loud. So you understand why the authorities may not be too happy having this car around.
Lighting up the rear tires comes very easily to Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe Edition 507, since it has a weapons-grade 6.3-litre V8 engine with 507 horsepower and 610 Nm of torque. Performance-wise the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and has a limited top speed of 280 km/h. Other highlights of the 507 include a Black Series bonnet, titanium grey with a high-sheen finish wheels, high-gloss black radiator grille and aero parts, exclusive interior and exclusive paint jobs.
