ARK Hyundai Elantra Road Racer 600x365 at SEMA Preview: ARK Hyundai Elantra Road Racer

The fourth Hyundai concept headed to this year’s SEMA show in Las Vegas is a good one built in partnership with ARK Performance. This one is based on the latest Elantra and is officially called the ARK Hyundai Elantra Road Racer, even though it is so unashamedly street.

The ARK Hyundai Elantra Road Racer comes with a massive wide body kit including new front and rear fascia, custom sills and fenders, APR Performance front splitter, ARK lightweight forged wheels and Fiere Customs full vinyl wrap. The stance of the car also contributes to the looks, and it’s taken care of by using ARK DT-P coil-over system and front strut tower bar. While they were at it they also added ARK performance anti-roll bars and big brake kit.

That last part is a welcome addition to the ARK Hyundai Elantra seeing as it packs a serious punch. The two liter engine in this family sedan is tweaked with a Custom ARK turbo kit featuring Xcargot XT26 turbocharger, ARK downpipe and GRiP exhaust system and Turbosmart blow-off valve and wastegate. Complementing those looks and that powertrain in this car is a modified interior with ARK diamond-stitched leather and sport steering wheel.
