Over the past few years BMW Abu Dhabi have shown us some of the world’s most exclusive BMW i8 special editions and one-offs. Now they have brought some of them together for a track day special at the Yas Marina circuit and, needless to say, the spectacle that it created was quite amazing.

BMW i8 is hardly an exotic machine, but it is currently one of the hottest and trendiest cars in the world owing to its outworldly looks and the fact that it’s a hybrid sports car. So if you want a posemobile, the i8’s got you covered. If you’re a Greenpeace activist and want to show you are caring for the planet and that kind of stuff, this car can do that too because it has electric capability. And if you are petorlhead, well, here’s a Bimmer with 300 something horsepower. It’s a jack of all trades, this car.
