The Evora started out as the softest, most daily-drivable Lotus. But with every new iteration the Norfolk-based company keeps making the thing more extreme, as if it had been a mistake making a soft Lotus in the first place. So after the Evora 400 they are now giving us Lotus Evora Sport 410 with more focused performance.
True to its sports car DNA, Lotus Evora Sport 410 is even lighter than the previous model, tipping the scale at 1,270 kg dry. This, and the fact that the car boast a uniquely tuned supercharged 410 hp V6 engine makes the 410 a true spiritual successor to the Esprit super car, only with more formidable performance as it does 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 190 mph.
Among the most notable features of Lotus Evora Sport 410 we can mention the carbon fiber components from head to tail, including a revolutionary one-piece tailgate, new titanium exhaust, low-inertia flywheel, Torsen-type limited slip differential (LSD), and Lotus’ Dynamic Performance Management (DPM), track-tuned suspension, and performance oriented wheels and tires.
With a yearly production run of just 150 units, the Evora 410 is going to be a rare beast, sporting a price tag of £82,000 in the UK and €108,500 in the rest of Europe.
