The world’s first custom Lexus LC 500 we showed you a few days ago at the SEMA show will soon be available as a styling package through Japanese tuner Artisan Spirits. The elegant and discreet Artisan Lexus LC 500 features a semi-wide body kit designed to enhance the car’s own lines rather than attract attention to itself.
That is why if you show these pictures to someone with an uninterested eye they will you it is a stock LC. But look closer and you’ll notice that Artisan Lexus LC 500 a unique lip spoiler that extends to vertical fins on either side, a pair of aerodynamically shaped side skirt add-ons, small front and rear fender flares, a rear diffuser insert and a boot lid wing.
Although Artisan Lexus LC 500 is a beautiful package, we think the Japanese coupe is one of those cars that are best left unchanged styling-wise. The LC is one of the most beautiful things to come out of Japan in a long while and it doesn’t really need that spoiler and wing and stuff to look good. If you absolutely have to mod it you should go for some wheels or a nice paint job, or better yet upgrade the 450 hp V8 engine.
