Well, what do you know. Turns out those UAE boys are not just about oil and gold. I mean, some of might actually be quite sophisticated and bright, because otherwise there would be no justification for Rolls-Royce Abu Dhabi to commission to the mother company a series of Bespoke music-inspired models. This Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead is one of them, and it pays homage to iconic classical composers.

The car does that by boasting a series of musical motifs on various bits of its body. The most prominent feature of the ‘musical’ Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead is the dashboard Barrel Oak and Dark Heart Ebony veneer with its unique design which at first seems like shoddy build quality as the veneer appears to be peeling off. But that’s supposed to be an artistic effect, revealing beneath it a music sheet.

We don’t know if those notes actually represent a famous piece of classical music. They could well be gibberish. But that’s beside the point. The notes, combined with the note motif embroideries on the headrests and on the rear deck lid, are what make this Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead a super special Bespoke model. Looking at these features you would think Andrew Lloyd Webber ordered this car. But that’s not the case. As mentioned, these models are commissioned by RR’s Abu Dhabi branch.

We just hope whoever buys them doesn’t play desert tanbur music or whatever in it. This models should come with a sealed audio system that only plays Chopin, Bach, Vivaldi, Beethoven, and Mozart.
