Porsche Panamera UAE pricing

The new 2009 Porsche Panamera is yet to be introduced officially at Shanghai Motorshow and its middle east debut will happen a while after that. However, the Panamera pricing in the region will almost certainly be as its UAE pricing which is revealed as: Panamera S: 420K AED , Panamera 4S: 455K AED, Panamera Turbo: 620K AED. last week I got a call from Porsche Abu Dhabi regarding the panamera options since I was worried the released pricing for europe and NA and the salesman informed that I should pass by to confirm it since they received a confidential document from Porsche ME. Now my expectations were low as I said because it can’t be any cheaper than the rest of the world and I seriously wanted to withdraw my deposit and take my business some where else. I even started looking for alternatives.
Today, I passed by just to confirm my doubts but I didn’t know I was in for a pleasant surprize. The pricing for UAE is like the following:
Panamera S: 420K AED
Panamera 4S: 455K AED
Panamera Turbo: 620K AEDThose are the starting prices so I guessed I need more like 100K to get the car reasonably opted. The good news, is that the car will have (as I remember) the following options:
- Leather Power seats std
- PASM std
- Porsche chassis management with lowering upto 20mm
- 19″ rims
- double glazzed glass
- and lots lots more extras as STD* PCM (porsche communication management) will be optional
* PDK optional for S model, standard for the rest
* Ceramic brakes will be optional
* Sport Chrono plus (not confirmed) will be std
* Adaptive Cruise control is optionalNow there are more options I can’t think of but the car is pretty much nicely loaded for that amount !
For comparison,
a fully loaded S500 costs 490K AED – S63 will cost 720K AED !! Now I am scared to mention how much the S65 cost !
fully loaded BMW 750Li is 520K AED
fully loaded Maserati QP is 550K AED +/-Now thats a very good pricing compared to: other counteries & rivals !
