It’s been a while since last we heard about mcchip dkr tuning company. The new project is based on a Porsche 997 GT2.

The modifications in terms of powertrain are deep. The GT2’s flat-six engine gets modified turbochargers, bigger intercoolers, high performance manifolds and 200-cell sport catalysts, plus a new ECU map from Kubatech. Like so the power goes up to 657 hp and 835 Nm, a significant increase over the standard car.

mcchip like to point out that they could increase the performance even further, but they’ve deliberately dialed it down to make sure the car remains in check. In other words, the standard GT2 is a such a tricky little car to handle that adding this much power already causes enough chaos! You wouldn’t want more, or should we say you couldn’t handle more.

To experience that chaos you are going to need a Porsche GT2 and 23,000 Euro for the tuning kit.
