McLaren Automotive Indonesia at McLaren Automotive Now In Indonesia

McLaren Automotive continues its relentless expansion plan by appointing a retailer in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Mega Performa is appointed McLaren’s official dealer in the country. They have a network of dealerships and service shops in place, but will build a bespoke showroom for McLaren in the capital.

Expected to open in early 2013, McLaren’s Indonesian showroom is made up to the highest standards, and will host a fully equipped official service centre with skilled technicians, specially trained at McLaren’s headquarters in Woking, UK.

The Jakarta showroom joins McLaren’s Asia-Pacific network, which includes retailers in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney, and two more in Japan. The British sports car maker is now present in 23 markets globally. Currently they have two models on offer, the 12c and its Spider version, soon to be joined by a third model which is the P1 hyper car. McLaren’s Special Operations (MSO) – who builds special editions and bespoke models – is also enjoying good business these days.

“McLaren Automotive is committed to delivering excellence to our customers, in groundbreaking design and techniques in combination with high quality construction, all the way through to the sale and maintenance of our high-performance sports cars,” said Ian Gorsuch, McLaren Automotive’s Regional Director for Asia Pacific. “PT Mega Performa Indonesia has extensive experience in serving Indonesia’s luxury automobile market and has a reputation for delivering exceptional after-sales service, which were key considerations for us when selecting a partner.”
