Thieves in Amsterdam are stealing headlights of Porsche Panamera and Cayenne models in a large-scale operation. The reason? Well, apparently the light and the heat Porsche’s Xenon headlights emit are ideal for growing cannabis! Amazing, isn’t it?

Only a pot-smoking Dutch could have found this one out. This is of course great news for cafes, and people, who sell CBD weed . They can grow their stash much quicker thanks to German engineering excellence.

But it is terrible news for Porsche owners. In the past week alone more than 20 Cayennes and Panameras have been robbed in Amesterdam. The headlights are, apparently, quite easy to steal. As you can see in the video below this thief rips them both clean off in like a minute:

Now that the whole world knows about this, Porsche’s are in danger everywhere. Not sure if other makes of Xenon are just as good for growing weed, but we will soon find out if that’s the case. Until they come up with a solution then, park your Porsche somewhere safe.
