Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible First Pictures

The first pictures of the GT Speed Convertible – the drop-top version of Bentley Continental GT Speed – have somehow found their way to the web earlier than expected. Or, maybe this is a little anonymous Christmas gift from Bentley!
Details are yet to be revealed, but seeing as this car is pretty much identical to the Speed Coupe – apart from the roof obviously – we can tell you it is powered by a 625 horsepower version of the same old W12 Volkswagen engine with 800 Nm of torque. With an eight-speed automatic transmission and a sophisticated all-wheel-drive system, the GT Speed makes 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320 km/h.
The Speed Convertible is expected to make debut at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show. In the mean time, enjoy the pictures:
