The lovely Suzuki Swift gets a new special edition, but this time for the German market. It is called the Swift X-TRA, and as is the case with special edition Swifts, it comes with exclusive visual features and extra equipments, but no performance upgrade.
Unique features of the X-TRA on the outside include the new Bison Brown Metallic, tinted windows, roof spoiler, and 16-inch alloy wheels. That’s about it. However, if you don’ dig this color you can order any of the available normal colors including Silky Silver Metallic, Galactic Gray Metallic, Cool White Pearl Metallic, Cosmic Black Pearl Metallic and Ablaze Red Pearl Metallic.
As for the equipment, you get MP3-compatible CD radio featuring steering wheel-mounted controls, USB port, along with an air conditioning system with pollen filter.
The only choice of engine for this model is a 1.2 liter petrol unit developing 95 horsepower and averaging 5 liters per 100 km with CO2 emissions of 116 g/km. It is not a particularly meaty engine, but even so, the Swift is a fun little car with peppy handling and great quality. Good car.
