2013 Subaru WRX Special Editions 545x308 at Prices Revealed for 2013 Subaru WRX Special Editions

Subaru America confirmed the MSRP for the WRX and WRX STI Special Editions, revealed October 2012 at SEMA. Production is limited to 300 units, of which only 100 units are STIs. Prices start at $28,795 for the WRX and $34,795 for the WRX STI.

These special editions cost 500 bucks more than their standard versions, and for that you get  “Orange and Black” custom paint scheme, with Tangerine Orange Pearl paint off-set with jet black custom wheels, black front fender badging and exterior mirrors. That’s about it.

Actually, that special orange is also applied to the stitching on the seats, doors and shift boot, and custom orange trimmed floor mats. So it’s not just the paint job.

Powering these cars is Subaru’s 2.5-liter turbocharged flat-four engine, which makes 265hp in the WRX, and 305hp in the WRX STI. They both have 244 lb-ft of torque, which goes to all four wheels via Subaru Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system.
