Italian design house StudioTorino released an early preview of their latest project, a facelift for the the 2013 Porsche Cayman S. This program, in essence, shows what the Cayman would be like if it was built by the Italian. So it looks a lot sexier than the German version, and it has a very cool name too. They call it the Moncenisio.

Besides the changes in design, which include a new front bumper, side skirts, quarter panels, tailgate and a rear bumper, the Moncenisio also utilizes carbon fiber to shave a couple of kilos off the weight of the car and make it more exotic.

The new look brought on by the revised body panels is profoundly different, a lot better, than the Cayman’s standard looks. It seems wider and more aggressive, like a super car. The new 20-inch wheels also play a major role in this.

StudioTornio has not mentioned any performance upgrades, and seeing as the Moncenisio is priced at 135,000 Euro plus a stock Cayman, chances are it won’t get any. But all those carbon parts make the car a tad lighter than before, and that should enhance the performance a bit.

For the interior, the Italian firm offers a thorough leather package and a numbered plaque. The Moncenisio’s production is limited to 20 units.
