Bentley marks the 95th anniversary of the company by launching a limited edition series of the Mulsanne flagship in the UK market. It is called Bentley Mulsanne 95, but in fact they will only make 15 cars, each fitted with bespoke features and special badges.
Paying homage to Britain and the Union Jack flag, Bentley Mulsanne 95 comes only in three Britannia Blue, Empire Red and Oxford White exterior colors. All models feature a dark tint finish given to the iconic Flying B bonnet mascot and the 21-inch five-spoke wheels.
You will more evidence of the “bespoke” treatment inside the cabin, where upon entry you are greeted by ‘NINETY FIVE’ script and union flag detail on the treadplates. What’s more, A distinctive ‘95’ emblem has been embroidered onto the front and rear seats as well as featuring on the passenger fascia panel.
But perhaps the biggest highlight of Bentley Mulsanne 95 is its special wood veneers from a huge walnut tree – estimated to be between 300 and 400 years old. Don’t worry, they didn’t chop an ancient tree to make trim pieces. It had fallen due to a massive storm in 2007. The elegant wood is complemented by a blue and white two-tone leather split with red contrast stitching.
Mulsanne 95 Limited Edition models can now be ordered at Bentley dealerships. They have not revealed the pricing yet.
