Project 8 was one of the first creations of the MSO (McLaren Special Operations) division ordered by an important client. Available in both Coupe and Spider variants, a pair of McLaren 12C Project 8 with only a few hundred miles on the clock is now up for grabs.

Offered by McLaren Newport Beach, the Project 8s on offer feature a bespoke two-tone white and red paint job with matching interior. The man who originally ordered them was apparently obsessed with strawberry vanilla ice cream.

The interesting part is that all the red bits are made from high-end tinted carbon fiber which make them look, well, delicious! You find this treatment on the front bumper, engine cover, rear diffuser, dashboard, steering wheel, even the carbon fiber tub. The red/white leather upholstery complements the theme nicely on both cars.

Ordering McLaren 12C Project 8 from MSO will cost you 500,000+ each. McLaren Newport Beach is asking $688,888 for both the Project 8 12C Coupe (524 miles) & Spider (267 miles).
