Ever since news emerged that London might soon band super car posing in the good parts of the town we have been seeing some pretty special cars taking to the streets, using every second they have there before they are deported back to the desert. Yesterday we saw an amazing Pininfarina Sergio, and now what is quite possibly the only chrome Porsche 997 GT2 in the world.

Visiting London this Summer on Kuwaiti number plates, the mirror-finished chrome Porsche 997 GT2 features a tuning kit from Oakley Design, including a custom body kit and a power boost to 1,300 wheel-horsepower – a number proudly shown off on the windscreen.

Those of you who know your Porsches know that even the standard Porsche 997 GT2 is a bit of a handful with its 600something horsepower. So one can only imagine what kind of a monster the GT2 turns into when trusted with more than twice that amount. Is it even drivable now? And what is the point of packing all that power is all you want to do is cruise around London? These are questions only a rich Arab can answer, and we suspect that answer is ‘because we can!’
