Still Magnificent: Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M

Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M 0 600x419 at Still Magnificent: Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M

It is two generations old, but the Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M is still one seriously cool super car with a lot of panache and prestige, especially when it’s in such amazing condition and specs as this black example here. This one’s up for grabs at Ferrari of Washington.

We are not suggesting that Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M is a better car than the 458 Speciale. But we think it is sexier overall, in the same sort of way that Shakira is sexier than Taylor Swift, if that makes any sense to you. And it comes with a number of special badges that no other Ferrari features.

The 16M badges and emblems are the biggest highlight of the Ferrari F430 Scuderia 16M, the drop-top version of the 430 Scuderia, built mainly to celebrate Ferrari’s 16 World Constructors’ titles. The car was produced in 499 copies like the modern LaFerrari, and is these days one of the most coveted limited edition Ferraris in the market.

Performance-wise, the 16M Spider is identical to the hardtop Scuderia, boasting a 510 horsepower 4.3-litre V8. Thanks to an 80kg weight loss compared to the normal 430 Spider, the 16M can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. It features F1-Trac traction control, and electronic differential, racing manettino switch and carbon ceramic brakes.
