In addition to the carbon fiber P1 MSO we showed you earlier, McLaren Automotive will also reveal at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show a one-off version of the new McLaren 675LT Spider with a ton of wonderful MSO details. Too bad you can’t buy it.

McLaren 675LT Spider has a limited production run of just 500 units, and every single one has already been pre-ordered. But do not despair. Rest assured, as soon as the deliveries begin most of those 500 units will hit the market in private showrooms. You won’t be able to customize it then and will have to pay a hefty premium. But at least you’ll get the car you fancied for a long time.

The Geneva-bound McLaren 675LT Spider MSO features a number of exclusive option which, to all intents and purposes, are the crème de la crème of what the division offers for the Super Series. It comes with a Ceramic Grey paint job garnished with extra carbon fiber detailing, satin carbon fiber retractable hardtop, louvered front wings, ‘Longtail’ Airbrake in body color and naked carbon for side skirts, side intakes and rear bumper, Alcantara racing seats include contrasting Xenon Yellow contrast stitch, Solis finished dash switches, 24-carat gold heat shield around the titanium exhaust system, and gold detailing in the engine bay.

Just like the hardtop, the 675LT Spider MSO is powered by a 3.8-litre twin turbo V8 engine developing 675 PS and 700 Nm of torque. The car accelerates from zero to 100 km/h (62mph) in 2.9 seconds, zero to 200 km/h (124mph) in 8.1 seconds and on to a top speed of 326 km/h (204mph).
