Pagani Huayra BC Looks Great on the Show Floor

Automotive photographers of Sellerie’Cimes have managed to gain early access to the Geneva Motor Show and watch the cars come in and find their place on the show floor. One of the cars they have filmed during this escapade is the new Pagani Huayra BC, and boy does it look good up close.

This is a bit embarrassing actually, because when the Pagani Huayra BC was first revealed we sort of criticized it for looking just a bit weird, what with the extended aero parts and the not-so-cool stripe. Now that we’ve seen thing up close and under the beautifying lights of the Geneva show, we take that back. The BC is freakin’ sick!

Dedicated to Benny Caiola, a person who has greatly inspired Horacio Pagani over the years, Pagani Huayra BC is a track-focused version of the hyper car with lighter weight, more power, and a tighter chassis. The car uses motorsport-derived suspension brakes, and boasts a completely new AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) employed mainly for lightness. The engine is the same V12 Bi-Turbo as in the standard Huayra, but here it’s upgraded to 750 horsepower. Wheels and tires, ESP system, and the interior are also revised in this limited edition, $2.5 million model.
