Color shifting wraps – or chameleon wraps, as they are known among the fans – are all the rage right now and for some reason McLaren owners seem to be particularly fond of them. We have seen it on a special P1, now the guys at Metro Wrapz have applied a toned down version to an old MP4 to create the Avery ColorFlow McLaren 12C.

Created in partnership with Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions, this unique McLaren looks rather good sitting on the grass with every bit of its body appearing a different shade of brash. You can certainly call Avery ColorFlow McLaren 12C artistic, but is it pretty, or classy… well, that depends really on the person looking at it. Personally, we think it is not particularly cool rolling down the street in a car dressed like this. But the fact that it attracts a lot of attention is exactly why a lot of people might be interested in it.

Metro Wrapz is a pioneer is unique and artistic wraps, with the latest example of their genius being the now famous Rusted BMW i8 they recently wrapped for Austin Mahone. There really is no limit to what they can do in terms of designs and colors. You can go to them and ask for a wrap with camouflage patterns of the dress the girl in the photos is wearing, or one the color of her hair, or if you are weird and creepy the tone of her skin!
