Feast your eyes on the new 2010 Jaguar XJ saloon! Forget that dull appearance of the old XJ, that is dead and gone away, the new car following the designline of its little brother the XF, will look modern and contemporary. Actually, contemporary is a not a good word to describe it, futuristic is much better! Anyhow, it looks fabulous.
Jaguar has started teasing the car by releasing a top view image before, and now there is a video interview of Mr.Ian Callum, the head of design in Jaguar and the man behind some of the most beautiful cars in the history such as Aston Martin DB9 and Jaguar XK. The car will be fully revealed in about a month in London, and it seems to have all the ingredients it needs to take on the big boys in this segment, Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7er and Audi A8. 2010 XJ will get the same engine lineup as the XF, the new V6 and V8 petrol with or without supercharger and the V6 diesel, and it’ll be available in long wheelbase format as well.
