Some years ago Valentino Rossi (don’t tell me you don’t know him!) tested Ferrari Formula1 car and had the chance to really get involved in this business but dismissed the opportunity. Now though, as he is celebrating his 100th win in Moto GP, apparently he is getting bored with racing on two wheels, and shows interest in F1 again!

Of course for the time being it remains a “could happen” situation, and even if it’s going to happen it won’t be sooner than 2011 because that’s when Valentino’s contract with Yamaha will come to an end. But it certainly will be with Ferrari.

Rossi, who is 30 now, might be a bit old to challenge all those young forces in the F1, but given his sheer talent, it is worth a try. Some speculations suggest that this report is related to another rumor which says Ferrari will be running three cars in Formula1 in future.
