Lexus has refreshed its hybrid flagship saloon and offers it in the UK with slightly revised styling, new equipments and technologies. The V12-powered LS600h comes with a new front grille and front and rear bumper design, and also features new Signature LED sidelights and a new Crystal Sapphire shade.

Inside the car, the LS600h gets a new LCD dashboard instrumentation and improved “butterfly” design headrests, and is also available with a new Rear Seat Upgrade Package which has four-zone climate control, a multi-function rear centre armrest with through-hatch into the boot, rear side airbags, electric sunshades on the rear doors, electrically adjustable rear seats with memory settings, lumbar massage and integrated air conditioning and roof-mounted air conditioning diffusers.

The navigation system now comes with a 40 GB HDD, 10 GB of which can be used to store music.

The 2010 Lexus LS600h UK version gets a Brembo braking package as well, which comes with 380 mm ventilated front discs brakes and  six-piston callipers. The new system is 12.5 percent more powerful than the previous model’s.

Other new feature of this car is the new headlight system which has been improved with the adoption of automatic high beam operation. A sensor in the rear view mirror detects on-coming traffic, streetlights and vehicles ahead and automatically switches the headlight high beam on and off as conditions require.

Pricing for the new model start at £90,660.
