The big boss of Formula 1 Bernie Ecclestone has been attacked by muggers on Wednesday outside his London place when he was rolling with his girlfriend Fabiana Flosi and without entourage. According to a report by The Sun, the 80-year-old Formula 1 mogul was admitted to hospital with minor head injury, as the muggers not only took his watch and jewelry but also gave him a proper beatdown!

A senior police source said: “There can be little doubt this was a targeted robbery because of who Mr Ecclestone is. The muggers were callous and showed little regard for the victims. They need to be caught.”

Ecclestone  is now doing OK and has got back to work the day after the robbery. He’s got to spend more on his security though, specially as he’s not a very popular character!
