One good thing about Hyundai teasers is that they’re just actual pictures of the car edited to look like renderings! Here’s a preview of the new Hyundai i40W, set for debut at the next Geneva Motor Show. The i40W was supposed to be the estate version of the new Sonata, but that plan is apparently ditched, and it comes as a new D-segment model. Consider it as the Elantra Wagon!

Hyundai i40W is a practical and good-looking station wagon with a length of 4.77 m, width of 1.7 m and height of nearly 1.5 and it offers up to 520 liters of cargo space. As usual, the car becomes available with many choices for powertrain, including a 1.6 liter GDI with 140 hp, and a brilliant 2.0 liter with 177 hp. As for the diesels, you get a 1.7 liter CRDi with either 115 or 136 hp. You can mate each of these engines with a six-speed manual or a brand-new double-clutch box.
