MotorTrend recently set about answering the question that’s been on the  lips of the nation for a while! Is the new Ford Mustang Boss 302 faster than a BMW M3 around the track? The answer is yes, quite a bit faster. Nearly 2.8 second faster to be precise around Laguna Seca circuit. Now one might argue that the Boss is a muscle car and the Bimmer a sporty coupe, but they’re both V8-engined with the same sort of power. Granted, the Boss 302 looks a bit vulgar compared to the M3, but the American is a helluva lot more fun to drive and it offers better value as well. Check out some nice footage of the Boss’ lap here.
