Since the first day Lamborghini Sesto Elemento was revealed as a concept, rumors about its production were flying around. Now though it seems Lamborghini has approved it for a very limited production.
It is not an official report yet, but Autocar says their sources inside the Italian company suggest the car is in advanced stages of its development. If you remember a couple of month ago a prestigious dealer in Germany listed a Sesto for sale as future inventory. Come to think of it, Lamborghini was to make the Sesto from day one, but they wee playing back and forth to create more hype.
And that hype would justify the car’s insane price tag! According to the report the production Lamborghini Sesto Elemento is priced at 2 million Euro. So this Gallardo-based high-tech machine is more costly than the amazing Reventon. The Sesto is super light version of the Gallardo with 995 kg curb weight and a unique carbon fiber design inside and out.
