Well, this was the deal.If the concept car received a warm welcome in Villa d’Este and Nurburgring, they will make it.
Now we have Aston Martin’s official word that the bewitching Zagato V12will make it into production, in a strictly limited number. The production V12 will be almost identical to the concept car seen at Villa d’Este, but Aston is yet to confirm its details in a press release to be released in a few weeks. We’re guessing a produciton volume of under 50 units, and a price tag of around 200,000 GBP.
The racing versions of the car will be preserved in museum, and occasionally come out for special events.
Aston Martin Zagato V12 is powered by the same 510 hp V12 engine as in the DBS and V12 Vantage.
