Bioethanol-Powered Ferrari FF Makes 875bhp

875bhp ff at Bioethanol Powered Ferrari FF Makes 875bhp

We are finding this piece of news a bit hard to believe, just because it’s too good to be true!

Apparently for €1500 some one in UK can convert your Ferrari FF to run on bio-ethanol, and promises 875bhp.

That’s a gain of 225bhp over the standard FF. Of course, we do realize that theoretically E85 makes more power than petrol, Koenigsegg has proved it many times. We’re just wondering why they didn’t make a bigger fuss, especially as it’s an authorized Ferrari dealer that’s come up with the trick.

What they’ve achieved here beats the best of what all tuning giants can come up with for the V12 Ferrari engine. What’s more, it emits far far less CO2 than petrol, and that’s the best part of it. Performance-wise, the car does 0 to 60mph in under 3 seconds, another bold claim that’s hard to swallow.

We do hope it’s true, and we do hope it catches on. Who doesn’t like 200 clean horses for €1500.

We’ll let you know if we heard more about this.
