Italian coachbuilder Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera is going to resurrect the Alfa Romeo C25 Disco Volante at this year’s Geneva Motor Show.

The Disco Volante is a remake of the 1952 car and features the same sort of weird but aerodynamic design. The 25 in its name referred to the incredible drag coefficient of the car.

The new Disco will be based on the Alfa 8C underpinnings and gets the same 4.7 liter V8 engine as well. It will boast a handmade body made form a blend of aluminum and carbon fiber, hammered exquisitely into shape by Carrozzeria’s skilled craftsmen.

More details will be released closer to the Geneva show.
