For those not satisfied by the XK’s normal level of exclusivity and craftsmanship, Jaguar announced new special edition models with hand-crafted ‘Artisan’ interiors.
The new Special Editions are available as both coupe and convertible guises, and in both XK and XKR versions.
The new Artisan interior highlights include the use of tactile ‘scraffito’ finished leather to the front seats, instrument binnacle, door and rear quarter casings, as well as Poltrona Frau leather headlinings, two new veneer finishes – Shadow Walnut and Dark Figured Aluminium.
They’re feature-rich as well, what with the standard features including a 525W Bowers & Wilkins sound system, 16 by 16 way adjustable heated Performance seats, a heated steering wheel and keyless entry/start.
You are also provided with a wide range of colors to choose from. For the interior you have the Navy with Jet headlining and Truffle with Canvas headlining, complemented with steel pedals. Exterior colors include Celestial Black, with Crystal Blue, Lunar Grey, Polaris White, Rhodium Silver and Ultimate Black. Convertible hood colours include Black, Blue, Grey and Brown.
A pair of new 20-inch alloy wheel designs – Venom diamond turned with a dark grey finish and the Orona style with a polished finish – round up the SE package.
