Recently we had a lot of cars on ice videos and you are probably fed up to the back teeth with them. But this one’s worth watching, because as you can see above the car’s not alone this time. It’s been put up against a Yamaha R1 super bike, which is fitted with spike winter tires. On tarmac the car would have easily won it, as the bike can’t corner as well as the car. But here it’s a whole different ball game. Watch for yourself after the jump.

The bike is capable of achieving fantastic speed on this kinda surface. What we learn from this video is that if you are planning on conquering the north pole, forget the car, get a superbike.
