Normally you wouldn’t care about a Swedish touring car built by some Swedish dudes to race in a Swedish racing series. But this is a bit different, you know. It’s a Saab 9-3 race car, built after the company’s demise. This is more than a racing car. This is a car by through which “SAAB” name will live on. That’s why it’s so important. You just want it to win every race it enters, don’t you.
Now, after a preview a few days ago, Flash Engineering, the guys behind this project, took the Saab 9-3 TTA race car to a race track in France for its first shakedown. We don’t know about the performance, but it sure does sound good.
Saab 9-3 TTA will compete in the Swedish TTA – Racing Elite League 2012 for Flash Engineering and Team Tidö. The work is still in progress and the finished car will look different than what you see in this video.
Bet of luck.
