It’s hard to believe people at Ford Australia actually sat down to think up an advertisement for the EcoBoost engine, and ended up making this. They thought let’s have two extremely creepy toad frogs, and then run one of them over – while the other gets showered in its flesh – to prove our point that a four-cylinder EcoBoost has as much power as a six-cylinder engine. Seriously, they’ve done this. Just watch the video after the jump. It’s CGI, but still.

Oh my… of all the things to be upset over. You yanks are fine with human blood splattering all over your television, but whinge over a CGI toad? Buy a sense of humour and get over yourselves.
Haha I agree, thats a horrible idea for a commercial. I see where they were possibly heading with it being quiet but really…probably doesn’t appeal to the target market.
