Looks like SRT wants to make a faultless car with the new Viper GTS-R race car, as they are sending it to every race track in America for testing. And every time they releases only a short footage of the car going round as a teaser in anticipation for its official racing debut in 2013 ALMS. We saw the car tearing up the Virginia International Raceway, now let’s check it out at the Mid-Ohio circuit. This time we get more engine sound and also some interior shots. Can’t wait to see this beast in action.

Two identical SRT Viper GTS-R will compete in the production-based GT class in the series. Four drivers currently are signed to drive including Dominik Farnbacher, from Ansbach, Germany; Marc Goossens from Geel, Belgium; Ryan Hunter-Reay from Dallas and Kuno Wittmer from Montreal. Additional driver and team announcements will be forthcoming.
